Broasting (v): A cooking method in which food is deep fried under pressure. This method is fast and absorbs less fat than standard deep frying.
At Chicken on the Run, we begin by marinating hand cut pieces of chicken in our secret recipe for 24 hours. This process allows the marinade to go right to the bone.
Only when you place your order do we then cook the chicken in our specialized pressure cooker.
Broasting allows us to lock in the juices & maximize the flavour with less grease. Try us and you’ll never go back to conventional fried chicken again!
